Governing law

For all intents and purposes, the laws of the Republic of Mauritius will apply to all transactions under these terms and conditions.

Online Payments

Payments for purchases online can be made through the following accepted methods:

Payment should be made in MUR only.

Restricted Customers

Customers using the website should register for use.
Persons aged under 18 shall not register as a website user and is prohibited from transacting through the website.

Orders

Once orders are placed through our online checkout process, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment containing details of all items ordered.
It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are the ones you have sought to order. Mistakes on your behalf may not necessarily be rectified.
Receipt of an automatic order acknowledgment does not guarantee that we will be able to meet your order. You will be informed accordingly.
Acceptance of order on our behalf will take place only when the order is dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with details of your order.
The purchase contract will be established and made on dispatch irrespective of your payment having been processed prior to dispatch. This will not apply if you have been notified that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled your order within the accepted time frame.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery payments will only be applicable MAURITIUS deliveries only.
All displayed prices are in MUR unless stipulated otherwise.
In the case of any price discrepancies, we reserve the right to rectify the price before any dispatch is made. We will inform you of course.

Sales and Discounts

All products sold at SALES and DISCOUNT prices cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
All items sold SALE and DISCOUNTED are final.

Sizes
